Doha, Qatar - Al Jazeera Media Network are currently running a project to Digitalise all their Tape based assets into the Media Asset Management system (MAM) which manages the physical archive Storage. Role Responsibilities: Preparation & cleaning of tapes Loading of tapes in tape robot, Ingest tapes from VTRs and Manage upload of files stored on XDcam discs Operating the tools required to achieve this job to a very high standard with immense speed and accuracy. Required to work across all channels Expected to understand and adhere to the workflows and processes of the LAM . Show a consistent ability to meet tight deadlines whilst demonstrating flexibility & prioritization. Demonstrate initiative and proactive behavior.
