Kuwait City - Conduct joining formalities for new employees and ensure all the documents and information needed are collected and forwarded to payroll within the given timeframe. Create new employee files and ensures that all filing is up to date. Organize and coordinate training events. Respond to the queries related to payroll and keep the payroll specialist/manager informed of any changes of employee's information. Coordination and implementation of employee referral program. Maintain and track staff records for holiday and sickness absences and ensure payroll is informed in a timely fashion. Organize interview schedules and follow-up and ensure that the interview comments are provided timely in writing by each interviewer. Support with maintaining the candidate database may be required.
