Duties & Responsibilities: - Check station before/during/after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness. - Content knowledge of all restaurant menus and current promotions. - Clear up vacant table and prepare for resetting. Reset all service according to the brand standards. - Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary standard service equipment including glasses, plates, beverages and condiments. - Greet the guest in a friendly and courteous manner, while taking the order. - Explain any special drinks, food or promotions in an unobtrusive manner. - Record and repeat the order to the guest to check for correctness. - Place the order into sales point system (Micros). - Ensure the order has reached the bar...
