Doha, Qatar - Carries out or assists in the maintenance and repair of rotating and stationary equipment which includes small pumps, compressors, vessels, columns, furnace, heat exchangers, etc. Also does preventive maintenance & monitoring and repair of old and new machinery in the Refinery. 1. Receives verbal/written instructions from engineers/senior technicians for performing maintenance work, which includes monitoring of operational parameters, obtains permits, organizes tools and tackles and assists in performing maintenance work. 2. Assists in carrying out preventive maintenance of rotary & stationary equipment, repair and replace the defective parts and attend start-up of equipment. 3. Assists in carrying out assembly and disassembly of pumps, compressors, and mixers and renewing of bearings and seals, alignment of pumps and compressors, etc. 4.
