This roles is to act as client-side Senior Project Manager to lead the project from the client’s perspective, overseeing the work of the appointed PMC as well as specialist contractors. The project itself is valued in excess of $20m and will be housed within one of the most iconic retail locations in the world. It will be branded by a household name and will have an educational theme to it. The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with a background within high-spec interior fit-out projects, ideally within the leisure and entertainment sector.
