Parsons International - Dubai - Job Description JOB OVERVIEW: Acts as Engineer’s Representative. Coordinates with the Department and Contractor. Liaises with other Authorities. Advises on contractual and construction matters. Liaises with Department and approve Contractor’s submissions. Coordinates forward planning. Implements the terms and conditions of Contract. Supervises, reviews, monitors and reports on progress. Liaises with all parties for site safety. Convenes and chair regular site meetings. Issues additional drawings etc. as required. Provides technical leadership to his team. Coordinates and monitors activities of his team. Ensures prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals. Ensures accuracy and completeness of records according to ISO 9001. Maintains awareness of contracts financial status. Gives final approval to Works and arrange Handover.
