Frontier IQ - Abu Dhabi - Job Description Networking  Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting IT infrastructure.  Implements network security.  Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, and directs consultants when necessary.  Oversees the administration of the company's WAN. Telephony  Manages and develops upgrades to the company's telephone system.  Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.  Hardware, software and Maintenance  Oversees the administration, installation and maintenance of all hard ware and software.  Introduces training programs for hard and software when required and provides additional support if necessary. Internal Systems  Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.  Works with ERP project team to help implement new Internal Systems (ERP). ...
