Compass Global Resourcing - Qatar - My client is a leading Middle east based engineering consultancy who are currently working on a number of high profile and challenging projects in Doha, Qatar. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced highways design team leader for their busy office and to head up a specific project for the MMUP. The role will include managing a multi national team of engineers and technicians to ensure that road and highway design schemes are produced on time, to budget and as per the clients specifications. Candidates must have a degree in civil engineering and must have a proven track record in the design of major roads and highways schemes and will have preferably worked in the middle east region. candidate should have experience of managing large, multi national teams of engineers and will have excellent knowledge of all local and international design codes.
