Sidra Medical Center - Doha, Qatar - The Director - Total Rewards acts as a strategic partner with the leadership team to ensure that all workforce planning, compensation and benefit and HR business improvement programs align with the strategic goals of the medical & research center and support a high performance culture by rewarding and attracting top talent. The Director - Total Rewards is expected to drive change that is consistent with the Sidra strategy by leading a team to design, develop, plan, implement and evaluate all strategic compensation and benefit programs. The leader in this role will develop a model that allows our Sidra to scale, grow and develop staff while driving efficiencies and strategic alignment.
