Doha, Qatar - Oversee the resolution of all Customer Issues and Complaints to ensure its closure within terms and conditions that are most agreeable to both the Customer and the Division. Ensure all relevant information are received and documented before beginning the investigation. Closely liaise with the Sales or After Sales Team, in order to effectively and efficiently respond to Customer complaints or issues; escalate delayed unresolved issues to the Senior Management to ensure timely resolution. Ensure that the action or information is properly communicated to the Customer, in response to their reported issue or complaint, to formally close the reported complaint / issue. Personally carry out a follow up Customer Survey to ascertain Customer's satisfaction to how their issue / complaint are resolved.
