The candidates will be multi-unit managers who have all the outlet managers and teams reporting directly to them. The people must have multi unit experience with a good understanding of managing costs and being analytical, implementing marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness, on the job and hands on training to all outlet managers and BOH managers, scheduling and forecasting around the business needs, a person who has managed large teams and again preferably with some international experience but not a necessity.
