Kuwait City - 1. The day to day running and operation of the Service Department 2. Recruitment and selection of team members in line with organizational requirements 3. Maintaining customer service standards and ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of customer satisfaction. Including where required, meeting with customers 4. Directing and assisting with fault diagnosis and problem resolution 5. Maintaining standards of performance of the service team, using competency based assessments and appraisals 6. Setting and achieving key business performance indicators 7. Liaison with the Manufacturer/s and adherence to Manufacturer Brand Standards 8. Initiating business improvement measures to optimize customer retention, recovery and sales opportunities.
