This project will include residential, commercial and education elements and the project manager will be responsible for a section of works totalling circa 100m GBP. The Senior PM will report to the project director and be responsible for a large team of expats and local staff. You will have a strong track record within a major contractor and will have ideally delivered other major projects previously.
