Charterhouse - Kuwait City - This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join a successful and established team. Our client requires a Manager, who has extensive experience specifically within the Valuations area, to supplement their team. You will work with the business to critically asses and evaluate their market value, providing the analysis through a variety of methods including business modelling as well as cash flow forecasting and valuation reports. As part of this role, you will: Undertake and manage valuation assignments, ensuring valuations are carried out to a high standard and that all projects are compliant and delivered within the agreed timescale and within budget. Work closely with the Senior Managers, Directors and Partners to produce written file notes, letters, presentations and reports to formulate views on value.
