Key Accountabilities:
The Crew Scheduling Officer will be responsible for the day to day management and modification of the published rosters as per operational requirement, providing effective solutions during flight disruption and ensuring the optimal utilization of crew. The selected individual will be responsible for monitoring of Flight Crew and Cabin Crew published rosters thus ensuring strict adherence to mandatory regulations of CARC, Jordan.

  • Assesses maintenance personnel for competency and takes action to remedy weaknesses identified in their knowledge, skills and attitude.
  • In consultation with the HR Department, produces training plans for maintenance staff, including courses necessary to gain approval by various licensing authorities. Supervises the tailoring of courses to suit the Airline requirements, including aircraft types.
  • Conducts audits on the quality of maintenance and produces reports for the Management.
  • Represents the Airline at JCARC on engineering, maintenance and aircraft licensing matters.
  • Supervises the filing of safety records and other relevant aircraft documentation.
  • Ensures action is taken in compliance with service bulletins received for aircraft types.

  • Liaise with local authorities and internal departments and initiate actions as and when required. Deal with passengers and important other issues on an exception basis.

Air Arabia is looking for an dynamic individual with a passion for delivering Cargo Operations Learning and Development interventions for all applicable areas of the company acting as a role model for Cargo operations excellence in terms of actions, behaviour and appearance.
About the Job
The Cargo Operations Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of operational and technical training courses required in the concerned department while working with partners, customers and internal employees to package best practices into training courses. The training courses will cover specific areas related to Cargo Operations.
The Cargo Operations Trainer must ensure the continued development, updating and implementation of training syllabi and course schedules are done effectively in coordination with the concerned stake holders. The job holder must be in a position to deliver any adhoc training sessions as required by the Company.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Educated to a minimum of Degree level, IATA certification in Cargo Operations is desirable
  • Must have a minimum of three (03) years’ experience in Cargo operational activities
  • Previous experience of training in aviation / Cargo operations environment is desirable
  • PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu would be an advantage
  • Must be fully knowledgeable and conversant with Cargo operations procedures, Equipment safety operations, Emergency procedures and Airport ramp procedures
  • Must be a team player with an ability to work independently under minimal supervision

About the Job
Air Arabia is looking for dynamic, ambitious target driven individual to join its Commercial team to be responsible for responsible for generating sales in Georgia including servicing the tour operators / travel agents and leading a team of sales executives to achieve the same. The selected individual will be responsible for handling government affairs & liaison with airport authorities to procure necessary approvals for Air Arabia.
Key Accountabilities
  • To achieve and exceed the set revenue targets of the territory.
  • To manage and develop sales among travel agents and corporate and online portals in Georgia.
  • Identifies key contacts and decision makers in travel agencies; makes appointments and conducts meetings to educate and influence them to promote Air Arabia products and services.
  • Increase distribution by identifying and enrolling new sales agents and looking at alternative distribution channels.
  • Provides monthly reports to agents and their performance and discuss ways and means with them so as to take corrective actions, where necessary.
  • Initiates marketing activities to maintain Air Arabia awareness in the market.
  • Maintains and increase customer database, ensuring that key data elements are accurately recorded and kept up to date.
  • Keeps up-to-date with industry/competitor information including information concerning passenger trends and activities; keeps up a timely flow of key information to management.
  • Identifies prospective locations for sales/promotion activities based on statistical analysis and informs management.
  • Liaise and come up with solution on improving route with low load factor.
  • Handle government affairs ( Georgian Aviation & Ministry of Transport)
  • Co-ordinate airport slots (Form R/ Form N) and secure necessary approvals
  • Lead the sales team in Georgia.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing to launch campaigns & other PR related activities
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Educated to a minimum of Diploma level, Degree level preferred.
  • 2 – 3 years of Airline Sales experience with Good Knowledge of the Georgianmarket.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Georgian and Russian.
  • PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications.
