Ensures the organization facility and support services compliance with laws and regulation, and keep updated record of the organization compliance.


Develops, implements and ensures compliance with internal facility and support services policies and procedures.


Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.


Improves the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.


Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions:


- Customer Services Department


- Facility & Safety Department (Housekeeping , Maintenance and Transportation Departments).


Plays a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.


Oversees overall support services management, planning, systems and controls.


Manages agency’s infrastructure, facility management, and support services requirements in coordination with the Managing Director
develops of individual program budgets.


Conducts regular meetings with Managing Director around fiscal planning.


Provides periodically reports on the performance of facility and support services and develop corrective action plans as needed.


Develops and maintain a safe and clean work environment.


Monitors risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized.
