Business Development Manager-Bahrain

OPERATIONAL
► Enhance the level of market intelligence, information gathering and marketing efforts related to new regional business opportunities
► Assist in the opening of Pace branches across the G.C.C. region
► Assist the General Manager in the search for business development opportunities for Pace in the regional market through liaising with a personal and professional network of contacts
► Collaborate with the General Manager in identifying business development opportunities with existing clients and map market dynamics such as market and pricing trends
► Manages and builds on relationships with managers and key executives of existing companies and governmental authorities to enhance overall business development efforts: ensure the General Manager is apprised
► Conduct market studies to in order to demonstrate how Pace can grow in regional markets
► Manage public relations and client interface to promote a positive corporate image among the firm’s existing and potential clients and markets
► Analyze current and past market performance in coordination with top management
► Participate in proposal preparation and presentations and negotiations with clients or potential partners
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
► Develop and maintain a motivated and stable team
► Identify training and development needs for the staff and agree on the training and development plans
► Coach and mentor resources to take on higher responsibilities within the firm
