- Perform the commercial activities(viz. contractual documentation and writing)
- Preparation and tracking of variation submittals
- Preparation of progress billing
- Check Bill of quantities (BOQs) against the drawings to raise claims and assist the Project manager (PM) with cost monitoring and controlling
- Assist in collecting and processing of additional orders from suppliers for the active projects
- Ensure compliance with the commercial framework
- Capability to carry out QS function, BOQ preparation, management and measurement activities etc.
