Leading Engineering and Consruction Company - Doha, Qatar - POSITION OVERVIEW: The Project Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of the projects assigned to him by the Project Director. He will be responsible for the project from development of the project brief, through concept design, preliminary design, detail design, preparation of project documents, tendering and tender evaluation. He will coordinate with the Design Team Leaders for Roads, Structures, Utilities and Drainage to ensure the on time delivery of the project(s), within budget, meeting the required quality standards and ensuring that the Gateway approvals have been obtained from PWA before moving to the next stage.
