Aspen Pharmacare - Dubai - gROLE PURPOSE: The Associate Finance Manager - Accounts Payable is responsible to ensure the integrity of the entity’s AP accounting information within the regions and to plan, set up, maintain, and manage all AP related processes. Analysis of OPEX and Vendors for all regions and reporting to the management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Team management & development Purchase Order Management i.e., PO creation and maintenance process Manage the day-to-day transactions of the AP function such as Vendor Master Data Management, Vendor Invoices, Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Invoices and Intercompany (ICO) Invoices Responsible for reconciliation process – Balance Sheet; Vendors, T&E & ICO (ensuring all are prepared & reviewed accurately) Monthly analytical & statistical reporting to senior management Financial Closing process – ensure all deadlines are met as agreed internally across departments Management & improvement of AP related processes Review & update of SOP’s across the entities...
