PACE - Kuwait - Job Description Pace has an opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated Senior Highway Engineer with a proven track record of high quality delivery and client service mind-set. To design roads and highways for various projects (private and public clients), and handle related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality requirements and contract obligations in order to fulfil the client requirements.
