Our sister company "Qatar International Trading and Investment Co." Cleaning Services. is seeking to hire;
Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Receive, track, and prioritize Janitorial requests from employees; dispatch the Janitorial service team to execute and see through completion
- Preparing and sending monthly report for client and department head
- Coordinate cleaning scope requests deployments and collaborate with the operations team to maintain the smooth operation
- This role will track and manage all cleaning data including helping maintain our KPI’s for our janitorial department.
- Coordinate with internal teams who request team events and meetings requiring workplace support to ensure events properly supported from a janitorial standpoint.
- Assist with any requests from workplace for clean-up like moves and projects where cleaning/disinfecting is needed.
- Collaborate closely with the management team and external janitorial service provider, this position will act as
- between the Tesla customer and the service provider.
- Replying of emails to client as instructed by the department head
- Conduct facility audits and welfare inspections to ensure welfare facilities for staffs are maintained well
- Overviewing the project budget
- Assisting management with purchase order creation and approvals and invoice tracking for operating and capital expense budgets
- Tracking the daily project operation with coordination project manager, Supervisors, and clients
- Preparing the attendance at end of the month to submit payroll depart
- Other tasks will be directed by the Department Head
