Ghassan Aboud Group - Dubai - The Legal Dept is expanding and looking to hire a Senior Lawyer experienced in business such as, corporate, commercial, real estate, IT, logistics, litigation hospitality, pharmaceutical and other sectors of law related matters ideally worked in organization as in-house lawyer for group of companies with proven record to have handled; · Corporate restructuring and compony formation in various jurisdictions (local/free zone/onshore offshore), drafting MOAs, AOAs, POAs, resolutions etc.. . · Commercial practice and contracting drafting, reviewing and negotiating including M&A and associated practice related to various business · Knowledge in marketplace busines · Litigation, dispute resolution and in house legal handling directly of complaints, cases etc.. · Providing advise to various business unites on commercial, marketing, employment, facilities. · Minutes of meetings, reporting and updates. · Knowledge and dealing with authorities....
