Female personal assistant to the business owner, looking for someone who is attentive to details, , hard-worker with strong social and negotitation skills and a background in business and fashion.

·      Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
·       Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
·       Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
·       Organising events and conferences.
·       Remindingthe ownerof important tasks and deadlines.
·       Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
·       Managing databases and filing systems.
·       Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
·       Liaising with the team, agenciesand clients.
·       Collating and filing expenses.
·      Conducting research on behalf of the owner.
·      Organising the manager’s personal commitments including travel orother reservations / social activities.
·      Personal shopping on behalf of the manager.

Monthly Salary: QR 2,000
Note: Employee will be required to sign an NDA.
