Dubai - Job Description Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization(Admin, Technical, Communication, Finance) Implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the development of the goals for each area and its direct regular reports. Contribute to the creation and ensure the implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business all over the year (new locations, sponsors, projects, internationalization). Direct management and supervision of key functional managers and executives in the designated business units, in order to pursue targeted goals and objectives. Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers and engage in key or targeted customers oriented activities. Oversee key hiring and employee development programs.
