Arab News - Dubai - Job Description Concierges act as the first point of contact between guests and an organization. They are tasked with answering guest inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating travel plans, and more. They must uphold company culture at all times while making guests feel welcomed and valued. Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities Must be in formal attire at all times (suits etc.) - Be very presentable and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Able to help owners, tenants, visitors fill in the correct paperwork and collect all relevant documentation.
