Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa - Kuwait City - Develop objectives and KPIs for the Health, Safety & Security Function in line with the Human Capital & Administration Department’s strategic goals and ensure that the function’s employees are working towards the achievement of these objectives. Review the operating results of the Health, Safety & Security Function and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results. Assist in the development of the Health, Safety & Security Function’s annual budget in liaison with the Manager - Administration and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities. Develop and ensure implementation of the Health, Safety & Security Function policies and procedures and follow up with their implementation in order to achieve the function‘s objectives.
