Kuwait City - The Area Manager will primarily be responsible for managing and handling the stores assigned to him. Assist the Operations Manager in developing Sales Plans and brief the marketing department on required promotional campaigns. Assist in leading the Sales Department to set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate sales staff. Develop sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations.
