Includes central site and at least 5 remote sensors (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Iraq, KSA) Full time residence in Kuwait Travel to 2 sites per month for preventative maintenance Troubleshoots technical problems and issues to determine technical solutions; work within customer guidelines/process to implement solutions Provide operations and Maintenance training as required Support customer operations and System Administrator personnel Fault Isolation/Resolution Periodic Software upgrades Keep Program Management informed of system status at all times Manage Central Spare pool to ensure availability and accountability Travel to sensor sites to perform periodic maintenance, incident troubleshooting and re-fresher training...
