Kuwait - Job Description - Observe and Inspect the Contractor's construction activities. - Receive works, report discrepancies and propose solutions - Issue orders to the Contractor to correct any activities, work, materials and/or equipment which are not in compliance with the Contract. - Review all fabrication/shop/working/as-built drawings, design proposals, method statements, material submissions, any requests for information - Evaluate, verify and resolve any cost issues with the contractors (e.g. time extensions, change order requests, variations etc.) - Prepare, check and submit project closeout documents that include O&M manuals, as-built drawings and warranties - Generally supervise, review, monitor and report on progress Skills - Engineering / Architecture degree from an accredited school or equivalent - Very strong attention to detail and exceptional standards for quality. - Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills is a must. - 5 to 8 years of work ex...
