1. Support and enhance the S4 HANA functional modules SD, CRM & Contact Center in order to achieve expected business results
2. Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
3. Prepare business case documents for new solutions and value management for existing SAP solutions
4. Understand the customisation requirements from the business and implement in compliance with established standards and practices
5. Design, Customise, Configure and Test SAP solutions before deploying to the live environment.
6. Perform data conversions, debug system problems efficiently and effectively
7. Understand the business needs and improve business process in the assigned functional areas
8. Coordinate and contribute to end-user training, including user documentation and user training materials
9. Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end user support.
10. Periodic review meetings with users to assess the problems, additional requirements and training gaps.
11. Project Management tasks whenever necessary especially for the implementation of new change requests or new modules like Hybris Marketing
12. Implement data security measures as per information security policy & procedures
13. Escalation of software problems to SAP SE through OSS & escalate security incidents.
14. Conduct system, functional, data security audit periodically & assist internal / external auditors for their audits.
15. Work on other modules / domains whenever required
