Hays - Kuwait - A leading oil & gas company is looking for an EA to join operations in their Ahmadi, Kuwait Office. They are well established within the oil & gas industry and recognised on a global scale. Your new role In this role, you will be providing day-to-day support to the Chairman/CEO; typical duties will include: being the first point of contact to the Chairman/CEO office and being a strong gatekeeper for all calls and visitors. Arranging extensive worldwide travel, applying for any necessary foreign visas, coordinating the logistics and putting together accurate itineraries. Within the office, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings as requested; which may include booking meeting rooms, creating agendas and producing all documentation required for the meetings. At times, you will need to co-ordinate all necessary meeting logistics for both management and guests, arrange catering if required and ensure video conference is set up if necessary.
