JOB PURPOSE: Lead the Application Maintenance & Support. Description Play the relationship lead role connecting the Gulf Business Leads (All LOB Heads) & the AMS Support Team. Manage the AMS Team and prioritize the critical/priority tickets that are major pain points for the Business Channels. Direct the AMS Support Team with the necessary technology & functional inputs for critical support activities. Ensure the Service tickets are resolved within the SLA (Service level Agreement).
