This position is responsible for offering service contracts representing variety of spare parts and service sales for Heavy & Industrial Equipment products, serving current clients and increasing client database, through development and growth of business volume Job Role: · Ability to understand customer maintenance spare parts requirements and advise on the selection of correct spare parts by referring to correct spare parts manuals. · Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales to ensure parts availability and selling of parts · Selling and advising of sales and services for existing and new clients Provide accurate spare parts offers and Tailor made solutions to for client’s maintenance by estimating all costs involved and pass equipment technical and engineering information by answering client’s questions and requests.
