Kuwait - Camp Boss Job Location : Kuwait Job Description : Should be well experienced in managing a Camp consisting of 2000 + Labours. Strong personality - ex-Servicemen in the age of below 45 years are also preferred. Good in Spoken & written English and Hindi and knowledge of any one of the South Indian language, viz., Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam is preferred. Knowledge in operating MS office (Word & Excel) is essential. Should ensure that all the shift buses are leaving in time. Should listen to the genuine grievance of Labours related to Camp facilities and try to solve it to avoid any conflicts. Should be responsible for the upkeepment of the entire camp, Catering area (kitchen, Dining hall, etc.), toilets, bathrooms, etc., by following up with the concerned Supervisors. Should act fastly and wisely in solving the problems in case of any emergency arise due to Power cut, water shortage, fire, disputes among labours and agitations by labours.
