Kuwait City - Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to: § To deliver an effective generalist HR service through efficient planning and execution of work processes. § To source, identify and select suitable candidates according to approved manpower planning (and also new Manpower Requisition), as per the agreed time levels and budgets. § Ensures that new employees receive proper orientation. § To maintain professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information. § To manage and maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures. § To act as a focal point for employee issues & deliver a specified level of HR service to internal clients in accordance with Company policies, procedures. § To identify, analyze and solve HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required. § To prepare budget forecasts for the Branch based on the anticipated commercial / business requirements of the Company. § Coordinate for payroll...
