We are currently hiring Qatari Nationals in
the following role:
Overview of roles and responsibilities
Liaise and coordinate with the Customer Experience Team Leader and Agents for
delivery of customer service.Coordinate with ICC / OCC and fault control for the smooth operations of the station.
◾ Managing the opening and closing of stations ensuring compliance inspections
and staff availability
◾ Coordinate internally all station activities including Customer Service, Facilities
Management and Security.
◾ Monitor Station equipment and report any faults and incidents using various tools
and systems.
◾ Managing operational interfaces with other transport providers at local levels.
◾ Manage Crowds, emergency evacuations and manual station operations when
required
◾ Managing staff attendance including absenteeism and plan short term rosters to
ensure sufficiency.
◾ Ensurer that staff and subcontractor personnel have the required authority to enter controlled access areas and do not adversely affect the integrity of station operations. Ensure the same for engineering and maintenance works during the
night shift.
◾ Ensure to maintain good relations with external and internal stakeholders.
