3. Knowledge and experience of Spare Parts Sales in wholesale business or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.

4. High level of communication skills using all methods email, phone etc.

5. Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalogue especially for Cars & trucks.

6. Understands Customer’s requirements, evaluates Customers’ situation, establishes product needs & should have immense product knowledge.

7. Influencing & negotiation skills & able to effectively improve the business goals & able to convince the Customer.

8. Co-ordinate and implement sales target set by the department head, prepare sales statistics and related forecasts.
