The job holder is responsible for the functioning of all work related to Customer handling at Trade Finance Department .
Accept and deliver trade applications and documents.
Handle walk in customer quarries relating to trade finance
Follow up on documents not collected by customers.
Handle Insurance related matters and inform Insurance companies.
Updating of special instructions on Trade Innovation System.
Provide customer outstanding liability reports and any other report requested by the customer.
Assist customers to complete trade applications.
Liaise with the trade processing team to obtain completed transaction copies to the customers.
Prepare weekly reports for Finance unit for reporting purposes.
Assist the processing team on filling documents.
Attend customers’ calls and emails inquiries with regard to Trade.
AML/KYC guidelines adherence in team.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by superiors of the unit management.
