Job Role:
• Oversee the Carpentry Section and its team in the cutting and fabrication of the furniture or joinery’s components, parts or accessories to ensure its timely delivery to the other production team within the timeline and quality specifications.
Description:
• Skilled in the Carpentry process and different techniques, including joinery and accessories work.
• Knowledge of the different raw material’s specifications / properties.
• Knowledge of the overall production process.
• Results Oriented and have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize for self and the team to meet deadlines.
• Ability to motivate, train and develop staff from different backgrounds.
• Team Player
