Financial Controller (Arabic National

One of the large diversifies conglomerates in Doha, Qatar seeking for financial controller to its group finance department. This position works closely with the CFO and owners to define and maintain healthy financial system, strategies and growth of the business.

Your major responsibilities include:

• Oversee all company accounts pertaining to Funds management, Cash flow, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Financial Risk Assessment, Vendors Management and Budgeting.

• Actively drive accountability, monitor performance, and develop financial improvement initiatives across the Company.
• 
  
• Maintain healthy cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
• 
  
• Developing plans for financial growth while evaluating and managing risk.
• 
  
• Planning, budgeting, and forecasting for capital investments, payback period and ROI analyses.
• 
  
• Lead and coach financial department staff and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial statements across all business units.
