Job Summary The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. Clerical duties include, but not limited to: accounts payable/receivable, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as data entry filing, answering phones and greeting guests. maintains administrative and financial records by performing the following responsibilities. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent 2 plus years related experience minimum and/or training in an office environment Must have pervious experience with Engineering department Physical Requirements Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
