Key Accountabilities
• Receive all Long and short CRFs through CARE, and assign the same to CAD Mangers.
• Arrange and prepare docs to scan the docs incorporation with Agility Team.
• Filing the respective documentation in its relative files, and maintain reports for held docs inside each file.
• Generate daily/monthly reports showing the workflow within CAD team to monitor the productivity.
• Maintaining a report to any docs being release permanently to the clients.
• Cleaning up and slimming the files.
