- Overseeing the construction design and building of construction projects , Planning process of the project of the building as per Project specification.
- Verify approval status of all related drawings submitted by the contractor.
- Conduct land surveys and ensure to manage teams of surveyors, engineering technicians and construction Workers.
- Supervise and review all `additional works’ and `out of scope works’ carried out by contractor.
- Conduct inspection of completed projects to ensure that all codes have meet with project specification.
- Coordinate with the laboratory technician and arrange for sampling for all concrete cubes for results.
- Monitor all construction activities carried out by contractor.
- Adhere to safe working methods and safety rules.
- Coordinate with the contractor teams for all works in the project.
