Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa - Kuwait City - Job Purpose: Responsible for providing the required support to the Talent Management Team in relation to: planning, administering and implementing training courses and programs that meet the needs of AAW’s employees. Key Roles & Responisbilities: - Support in the Implementation of the Talent Management Function’s policies and procedures and comply with AAW’s other policies. - Coordinate and assist in the preparation in implementing a TNA (Training Need Analysis). - Participate in creating and implementing training programs - Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets). - Assist in training the HR staff on development techniques, such as new employees’ orientation, on-the-job training, health and safety practices, management development and adaptations to changes in procedures and technologies. - Assist in organizing and developing training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials. - C...
