Research and produce reports analyzing trends and offering insight in an area of specialization
Conduct opinion research, gather data and identify factors influencing a given market
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services
Maintain and update corporate collateral materials including power point templates, product literature, signage, Web sites, videos, and event properties.
Develop, test and adjust marketing strategies for brands, products or demographics
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Forecast and track trends in marketing and sales, monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature
Collaborate with Communication and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Plan initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (Conventional communications channels and Digital Marketing/Social Media, e-mail, TV etc.)
Identify effective marketing and promotional channels
Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Find out the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies by analyzing key performance metrics.
Gather information about the competition, consumer demographics, pricing, distributions, and other relevant information that would help a company know its position on the market – Market Intelligence
Work together with the creative team and staff from other departments to create effective promotional materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
Develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns based on solid data, and communicate the recommendations to management.
Create and manage a digital media strategy.
Design, create, and manage to completion all marketing production related efforts such as promotional items, printed collateral, multimedia collateral, and direct mail pieces.
Work closely with the sales staff on executing lead generation programs and campaign execution.
