Customer Services Coordinator - PH HR Consultant

Functions :


- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to the existing customers.


- Servicing clients in an efficient manner as per approved standards and promises.


- Problem solving and investigate roles when a client complains by tracing the issue that led up to a complaint and discover a backup plan to keep the client satisfied with close coordination with the Management.


- Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests.


- Follow-up, supervise, inspect and control every details after-sale from the receipt of signed quotation to delivery.


- Call customers within few days after the receipt of contract signed to confirm the date and time of delivery; Solve customers' problems after-sale; Final call to thank customers; Another call after 3 months of delivery to assure customers satisfaction.


- Follow-up the guarantee & warranty service if any with customers and suppliers.


- Follow up the stock of materials periodically to keep a balanced stock.


- Prepare periodical reports to ensure smooth work flow.


- Customer oriented leader and coordination with principal companies.
