Detailed Description Advice the different HR functions on the continuous improvements and various issues escalated to ensure that the business needs are identified and met accordingly. Build and maintain the relationship with respective functions/business to ensure that their requirements with regards to human resources and staff are acted upon in a timely manner. Ensure the continuous improvement and development of the HR systems by identifying the requirements from the business/ function in line with the HR strategy and KFH standards.
