Kuwait - Description IIS has a requirement for an Operations/Mission Training Center (MTC) Manager for the ARCENT Readiness Training Center (ARTC) at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The Ops/MTC Manager must be United States citizen with proof of citizenship and current U.S. passport. The ARTC provides ARCENT with the facilities, infrastructure and personnel required to provide Live, Virtual and Gaming (LV&G) training for a deployed Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT), ARCENT Security Force (SECFOR), Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) and other ARCENT controlled units.
