Kuwait City - Job Description RECRUITMENT: Prepare Recruitment- ad and use effective strategies to source the right candidates. Manage contracts with recruitment agencies (cost control, invoices, meetings and etc.) Source, screen and select suitable profiles as per the manpower plan and present to hiring manager a short list. Interview for lower level positions and schedule and organize interviews for higher level with the concerned department for next round of interviews. Prepare and send rejection emails to the unsuccessful candidates. Preparing monthly recruitment report for the Department Manager. ON- BOARDING: Responsible for the joining formalities (PC, stationary, access cards etc...) and induction program of new hires.
